Finland Amending Group Loss Rules to Comply with EU Law

The Finnish parliament is considering draft Bill HE 185/2020 vp, which was submitted on 22 October 2020. The measures of the bill amend Finland's rules regarding the treatment of final (definitive) losses incurred by subsidiaries of a Finnish group established in another EU/EEA Member State.
