Finland Authorizes Signing of Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Switzerland

The Finnish Government has published a decision approved by the president on 22 May 2026 that authorizes the signing of an amending protocol to the 1991 income and capital tax treaty with Switzerland. The protocol will be the fourth to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
