Finland Consulting on Tax Brackets for 2027 and Other Income Tax Changes

The Finnish Ministry of Finance has announced a public consultation on a draft legislative proposal to amend the income tax brackets for 2027 and other income tax changes. As proposed, the income tax brackets for earned income would be set as follows:

• up to EUR 22,700 - 12.64%;
• over EUR 22,700 up to EUR 33,600 - 19%
• over EUR 33,600 up to EUR 41,400 - 30.25%
• over EUR 41,400 up to EUR 53,800 - 33.25%
• over EUR 53,800 - 37.50%
