France Launches Innovative Horizontal Monitoring Program

In furtherance of the Law for a State Servicing Society in Trust (ESSOC), the French Tax Administration launched an innovative horizontal monitoring program consisting of 3 components: (a) Fiscal Partnership Program, (b) Personalized Fiscal Accompaniment, and (c) Regularization Service (SMEC).
