France Publishes List of Sector Activities Eligible for the CFE Deduction for COVID-19

France has published Decree No. 2020-979 of 5 August 2020 in the Official Gazette, which provides a list of sector activities eligible for the two-thirds deduction for the local real estate contribution of companies (Contribution Foncière des Entreprises - CFE) that was included as part of the Third Amending Finance Law.
