France Updates List of Non-Cooperative States and Territories

France recently published the Decree of 16 February 2024 in the Official Gazette, which updates the list of non-cooperative states and territories. The list includes the following 16 states and territories:

American Samoa, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Belize, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Panama, Russia, Samoa, Seychelles, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Vanuatu
