France to Amend non-cooperative Jurisdiction Black List and Introduce related Banking Sanction

According to recent reports, legislation has been submitted to the French National Assembly that would amend France's list of non-cooperative states or territories based on the criteria used for the EU List of Non-Cooperative Jurisdictions issued in December 2017 ({News-2017-12-06/A/2-previous coverage}), but with an exception for jurisdictions considered underdeveloped by the UN.
