France's Amended 2014 Finance Bill Adopted by Parliament

On 23 July 2014, France's parliament adopted the Amended Finance Bill as well as the Amended Social Security Financing Bill for 2014. Most aspects of the bill proposed to parliament have been approved, as well as a few additions. Key changes include:

• The social solidarity contribution surcharge for companies with turnover less than €3.25 million is eliminated in 2015. The surcharge elimination for 2016, and complete elimination for 2017 will be covered in future tax bills.
