German Growth Opportunities Act Moves Forward in Parliament 18

The German Bundestag (lower house of parliament) announced the approval of the so-called Growth Opportunities Act on 23 February 2024. The approval follows the conclusion of negotiations in a parliament mediation committee on 21 February, which included the removal of the climate protection investment premium and the reporting requirements for domestic tax arrangements from the legislation.
