Germany Updating List of Jurisdictions for the Exchange of Financial Account Information Under the CRS MCAA

The German Ministry of Finance has published a draft bill to update the list of jurisdictions for the exchange of financial account information under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (CRS MCAA). In particular, the draft bill will add Rwanda, Senegal, and Trinidad and Tobago to the list.
