Gibraltar Provides Extension for Employers to Submit Annual Declaration

The Government of Gibraltar has announced an extension of the deadline for employers to submit Forms P8 (Employers Annual Declaration), P10 (Benefit in Kind Declaration), and P12 (Pension Scheme Contribution) to 31 August 2020 for tax year 2019/20 (normally due 31 July). The method of submission for P8 forms is also updated.
