Gibraltar Successfully Tests AI "Tax Agent" to Support Tax Arrears Collection

The Government of Gibraltar has announced the successful completion of pilot artificial intelligence (AI) solution to support tax arrears collection, called "Tax Agent". The pilot was prompted by the difficulties faced by the Central Arrears Unit (CAU) in recruiting additional staff. The pilot will inform the next phase of development and potential deployment in CAU.
