Greece Transposes EU VAT Rules to Simplify Requirements for Smaller Companies

On 8 February 2019, the Greek parliament adopted legislation to transpose Council Directive (EU) 2017/2455 of 5 December 2017, which amended Directive 2006/112/EC and Directive 2009/132/EC with respect to certain value added tax obligations for supplies of services and distance sales of goods.
