Greek Minister of Finance Presents Draft Bill for Implementation of EU Directives on Cross-Border Arrangement Reporting and Tax Dispute Resolution

According to recent reports, the Greek Minister of Finance presented a draft bill to the Cabinet on 30 June 2020 for the implementation of Council Directive (EU) 2018/822 on reportable cross-border arrangements (DAC6) and Council Directive (EU) 2017/1852 on tax dispute resolution.
