Hungary Extends Suspension of Advertising Tax

Hungary published Government Decree No. 87/2026 in the Official Gazette on 23 April 2026, which extends the effective suspension of the advertising tax (0% rate) and related obligations. The advertising tax rate has been set to 0% since 1 July 2019, with the most recent extension to 30 June 2026.
