India Consulting on Amendments to Simplify Application for Reduced Tax Deducted at Source

India's Ministry of Finance has issued a notice inviting public comment on a draft notification proposing amendments in the process to apply for a certificate for no deduction of tax at source or deduction/collection of tax at a lower rate.
