India Increases Special Excise Duty on Export of Diesel, Aviation Fuel

India's Ministry of Finance has issued Notification No. 30/2026 and Notification No. 31/2026 on 15 June 2026, increasing the special additional excise duty (SAED) on the export of diesel and aviation turbine fuel (ATF), effective 16 June 2026. India has been revising the SAED on exports of specified petroleum products on a periodic basis. The revised SAED rates are as follows:
