India Planning Legislation for CbC Reporting and Other BEPS Project Measures

According to recent comments from an official from India's Ministry of Finance, the government is currently planning to introduce transfer pricing reporting requirements in line with Action 13 of the OECD BEPS Project, including a Country-by-Country (CbC) report, master file and local file.
