India Publishes Notifications on Submission of GST Returns Through March 2019

India's Central Board of Indirect Taxes (CBIT) has published two notifications dated 10 August 2018 concerning the submission of Form GSTR-1 (return on outward supplies) for periods up to March 2019. These include:

• Notification No. 32/2018, which provides that for taxpayers with aggregate turnover of more than INR 15 million in the current or preceding financial year, Form GSTR-1 for each month from July 2018 to March 2019 must be submitted by the 11th of the month following each month; and…
