Ireland Consulting on Feedback Statement for Defensive Measures to Prevent Double Non-Taxation on Outbound Payments to Low or No-Tax Jurisdictions

Ireland's Department of Finance has published a feedback statement for consultation regarding new taxation measures (defensive measures) to prevent double non-taxation on outbound payments to low or no-tax jurisdictions, as well as jurisdictions listed by the EU as non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes.
