Ireland Launches Public Consultation on Tax Treaty Policy

Ireland's Department of Finance has announced the launch of a public consultation on Ireland's tax treaty policy, which runs from 7 April to 7 May 2021. The consultation is being held as part of the development of a tax treaty policy statement taking account of International developments, which Ireland intends to publish before the end of 2021 as part of its Corporation Tax Roadmap 2021.
