Italian Senate Approves Pending Protocol to 2020 Agreement with Switzerland on Telework

On 11 September 2025, the Italian Senate (upper house of parliament) approved the law for the ratification of the pending protocol to the 2020 agreement with Switzerland regarding cross-border commuters (frontier workers), which was signed on 30 May 2024.
