Italy Publishes Legislative Decree to Implement Fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive

On 26 October 2019, Italy published Legislative Decree No. 125 of 4 October 2019 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2018/843, known as the fifth EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
