Italy Reduces Revenue Threshold for Participating in the Cooperative Compliance Program

Italy has published the Decree of 31 January 2022 from the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the Official Gazette, which provides a reduction in the threshold for companies to take part in the cooperative compliance program.
