Italy Reduces Revenue Threshold for Participating in the Cooperative Compliance Program

Italy has published the Decree of 6 December 2024 from the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the Official Gazette, which regulates the cooperative compliance program, including a reduction in the threshold for participating.
