Jamaica Pushes Back Corporate Income Tax Return Deadline by One Month

On 19 February 2026, Tax Administration Jamaica issued a release announcing a change in the annual corporate income tax and asset tax return and payment deadlines from 15 March of the following year to 15 April, starting with the 2025 year of assessment. For annual personal income tax returns, the deadline remains 15 March. The estimated return deadline for both corporate and personal income tax also remains 15 March.
