Jersey Budget Measures for 2026

Jersey has introduced various tax measures as part of the Finance (2026 Budget) (Jersey) Law 202-, which was approved in December 2025. The "coming into force date" of the law has not yet been specified, but the measures generally apply from 1 January 2026. The tax measures of the budget include the following personal income tax measures:

• The personal income tax threshold is increased by JEP 550 from JEP 20,700 to JEP 21,250;
