Jersey Implements New Beneficial Ownership Reporting Requirements

Jersey has published the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Order and the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Regulations, which provide certain rules for the implementation of the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Law.
