Jersey Increases Minimum Tax Under High Value Residents Scheme

Jersey has published the Income Tax (High Value Residents – Amendment) (Jersey) Law 202-, which was adopted by the States Assembly on 4 July 2023. This was followed by the Act Declaring that the Income Tax (High Value Residents – Amendment) (Jersey) Law 202- has Immediate Effect, which was made on 5 July 2023 and entered into force the same day.
