Jersey Personal Income Tax Changes for 2019

The Jersey government has published an overview of the personal income tax allowances and reliefs for 2019, including changes approved as part of the 2019 Budget. Changes include:

• The standard income tax exemption thresholds are increased from JEP 14,900 to JEP 15,400 for single persons and from JEP 23,950 to JEP 24,800 for married couples/civil partnerships (higher allowance applies for those born before 1952;
