Jordan Publishes CbC Notification Form and Transfer Pricing Adjustment Reconciliation Form

Jordan's Income and Sales Tax Department has updated its transfer pricing form templates page with the publication of two additional forms, including:

• CbC notification form for providing details on:
  • the multinational company submitting the notification form;
  • the ultimate parent entity (UPE) of the MNE group;
  • the company authorized to submit a CbC report, if not the UPE (i.e., secondary local filing);
  • the surrogate parent entity, if applicable; and
