Kazakhstan Consults on Signing Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Norway

The Kazakhstan government has published a draft resolution for consultation on the signing of an amending protocol to the 2001 income and capital tax treaty with Norway. Any resulting protocol would be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force. The deadline for comments is 25 February 2026.
