Kenya Delays Pre-Filled VAT Returns to February 2024

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has issued a public notice to update taxpayers on the simplification of VAT return filing. Instead of the implementation of pre-filled returns from the January 2024 tax period, returns will be pre-filled from the February 2024 tax period.
