Kenya introduces Country-by-Country reporting requirements

Effective financial year 2022, the Finance Act 2022 has introduced a three-tier annual transfer pricing filing requirement for multinational enterprise groups operating in Kenya as either an Ultimate Parent Entity or a constituent entity.
