Kosovo Assembly Considering New Draft VAT Law

The Kosovo Assembly (parliament) has published Draft Law no.08/L-005 on Value Added Tax that, subject to approval, will revise and replace the current law. According to the explanatory memorandum for the draft law, the revisions are needed to simplify the VAT regime and support the private sector.
