Kyrgyzstan State Tax Service Clarifies Recent Changes in Tax Legislation

The Kyrgyzstan State Tax Service (STS) has issued a release clarifying the main changes in tax legislation introduced by Law No. 37, which was published in the Official Gazette on 14 February 2025. The changes include the following:

• A fine of KGS 5,000 is introduced from 1 July 2025 for employers (legal entities) that fail to pay salaries in a non-cash form;
