Laws for Finland 2020 Tax Measures Published including ATAD and DAC6 Measures

Finland has published a series of laws in the Official Gazette that were signed by the president on 30 December 2019 and provide for the implementation of various tax measures for 2020. Some of the main laws are summarized as follows:

Law 1556/2019

This law provides for the individual income tax brackets and rates for 2020 as previously reported:

• over EUR 18,100 up to 27,200 - 6.00%
