Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies Approves Tax Relief Measures

Luxembourg's Ministry of Finance has announced that the Chamber of Deputies approved Bill No. 8414 (the Tax Relief Package) on 11 December 2024. The main measures include:

• A reduction in the standard corporate tax rate from 17% to 16% on income exceeding EUR 200,000, along with a reduction in the reduced corporate tax rate from 15% to 14% on taxable income up to EUR 175,000 and a tax of EUR 24,500 plus 30% for income between EUR 175,000 and EUR 200,000;
