Luxembourg Publishes Law on Beneficial Ownership Registry

Luxembourg has published the Law of 13 January 2019 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the establishment of a central registry of beneficial ownership and the implementation of certain aspects of Directive (EU) 2015/849 of 20 May 2015 (the Fourth EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive).
