Malaysia Implements Exemption Incentive for Tourism Companies

Malaysia has published the Income Tax (Tour Operator Company) (Exemption) Order 2026 in the Official Gazette on 7 April 2026, which provides for the implementation of an incentive for tourism companies announced as part of the 2026 Budget.
