Malta Extends Highly Qualified Persons Rules

Malta has published Legal Notice 29 of 2021, which contains the Highly Qualified Persons (Amendment) Rules, 2021. Amendments include an extension of the rules, with the competent authority allowed to issue (approval) determinations up to 31 December 2025 that apply up to 31 December 2030.
