Malta Issues Order Extending Certain Stamp Duty Relief

Malta's Minister for Finance and Financial Services has reportedly enacted the Extension of Exemptions (Duty on Documents and Transfers Act) Order 2020, which provides for the further stamp duty relief announced as part of the Budget for 2021. This includes:
