Malta Updates Notional Interest Deduction Rules

Malta published the Notional Interest Deduction Rules, 2018 in the Official Gazette on 2 February 2018. The new rules replace those issued in October 2017 ({News-2017-10-11/A/3-previous coverage}) and include additional clarification on certain aspects of the rules. Main changes include:
