Mauritius Provides Tax Treaty Status Update

The Mauritius Revenue Authority has published an update on the status of its tax treaties, including the status of pending treaties and negotiations. This includes the following:

• 6 treaties await ratification: Gabon, Comoros Islands, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, and Russia
• 5 treaties await signature: Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Estonia, Gibraltar, Malawi, and the Gambia
• 20 treaties being negotiated: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Canada, Czech Republic, Greece, Hong Kong, Lesotho (New), Montenegro,…
