Moldova Authorizes Negotiation of Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Belgium

Moldova has published Decree No. 639 of 4 June 2026 in the Official Gazette, which authorizes the negotiation of an amending protocol to the 2008 income and capital tax treaty with Belgium. Any resulting protocol must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
