Moldova Ratifies Pending Social Security Agreement with the Slovak Republic

Moldova has published Decree No. 638 of 4 June 2026 in the Official Gazette, which promulgates the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with the Slovak Republic. The agreement, signed 26 March 2026, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
