Moldova Ratifies Pending Social Security Agreement with Ukraine

Moldova has published Decree No. 650 of 15 June 2026 in the Official Gazette, which promulgates the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Ukraine. The agreement, signed 19 March 2026, will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1995 and 1998 pension-related agreements between the two countries.
