Monaco Introducing Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax

The Government of Monaco has announced that it has tabled a bill for the introduction of a 15% Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (QDMTT) in accordance with the OECD's Pillar 2 rules.
