Netherlands Announces Provisional Measures for Tax Plan 2027 Package

The Dutch State Secretary for Finance has sent a letter to parliament that includes a provisional overview of the measures expected to be included in the 2027 Tax Plan package. The full package is expected to be presented to parliament on Prinsjesdag, 15 September 2026.

The package is expected to include four bills: the Tax Plan 2027 Bill, the Other Tax Measures 2027 Bill, the Safe Harbor Rules for the Minimum Tax Act 2024 Bill, and the Fiscal Incentives for Startups and Scale-ups Bill. The …
