Presidential Decree No. 6, published on 7 May 2012, introduced a number of tax incentives for companies and individual entrepreneurs operating in rural areas and small and medium-sized municipalities. The Decree will enter into force on 1 July 2012.
Under the new incentives, exemptions from the following will be available for these entities:
